What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively engage with customers who have requested cancellations or expressed dissatisfaction, offering personalized solutions
- Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams for effective resolution
- Develop and implement tailored retention strategies based on customer feedback and data
- Assist customers with the renewal process, emphasizing the value of continued service
- Track and report on retention metrics and provide insights to the Retention Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas/KPIs
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to handle high-volume phone interactions with resilience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Home Improvement/Construction vertical or adjacent fields
