      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for assigned plan sponsors, advisors, and brokers
      - Act as a liaison between plan sponsors and internal groups
      - Ensure prompt and effective response to plan sponsor inquiries
      - Demonstrate a full understanding of clients' plans and objectives
      - Assist with compliance testing and provide support to clients via call center

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of customer service and/or client relationship management experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Independent problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of MS Office suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associates degree
      - Familiarity with ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals coursework
      - Experience working with MS Office suite
