      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and resolve insurance denials to ensure optimal reimbursement
      - File appeals on denied or underpaid claims to facilitate payment
      - Check claim status on appropriate payer systems and contact insurances as needed
      - Negotiate out-of-network reimbursement rates with insurance providers
      - Review Accounts Receivable Aging reports and meet billing metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare billing and collections
      - Experience in all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management
      - Knowledge of Commercial Insurance and Government Payer guidelines
      - Proficient in medical terminology, HIPAA, and other critical governmental regulations
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Behavioral and/or Mental Health billing
      - Superior communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and billing software
