      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and document transactions on insurance accounts, ensuring accurate setup and resolution of issues
      - Communicate professionally with staff and third-party customers to facilitate timely processing of transactions
      - Review Home Infusion claims, including third-party claims such as MVA settlements and workers' compensation
      - Conduct quality assurance reviews on transactions within the department
      - Prioritize accounts to maximize resolution of aged accounts receivable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of recent experience in billing or collecting healthcare accounts in a business office, or four years of general collection, billing, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) required within 18 months of hire
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong data entry skills with the ability to meet deadlines while remaining organized and calm
      - Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office, and knowledge of healthcare information systems
