      • Department: Nursing Practices
      • Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday
      • Location: Remote with up to 50% travel
      • Salary: $146,000 - $248,200
      • Eligible for annual incentive bonus

      How you'll make an impact in this role

      Lead efforts to influence organization-wide authority, unit based or service line based authority, program focused authority and project or specific task authority while following the American Nurses Association (ANA) scope and standards of practice for nursing administration.

      • Provide consultative guidance regarding clinical practice to all areas. Serve as an expert advisor for all levels of nursing particularly related to nursing scopes of practice.
      • Monitor new legislative and regulatory issues that may directly/indirectly impact the practice of nursing. Coordinate changes into policy/process and educates/monitors compliance as appropriate.
      • Provide oversight of the nurse leader affinity team, clinical nurse affinity team, and advanced practice affinity group.
      • Drive evidence based leadership practices to improve and enhance nurse retention.
      • Update leadership success profiles and drives accountability to these practices.
      • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

      What minimum qualifications you'll need

      • • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
      • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

      Work Experience:

      • 5 years of experience required.
      • 10 years of experience preferred.
      • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
      • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

      What additional requirements you'll need

      • MSN, DNP Preferred
      • Must have system level NDNQI expertise.
