- Location: Remote with up to 50% travel
- Salary: $146,000 - $248,200
- Eligible for annual incentive bonus
- Provide consultative guidance regarding clinical practice to all areas. Serve as an expert advisor for all levels of nursing particularly related to nursing scopes of practice.
- Monitor new legislative and regulatory issues that may directly/indirectly impact the practice of nursing. Coordinate changes into policy/process and educates/monitors compliance as appropriate.
- Provide oversight of the nurse leader affinity team, clinical nurse affinity team, and advanced practice affinity group.
- Drive evidence based leadership practices to improve and enhance nurse retention.
- Update leadership success profiles and drives accountability to these practices.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
- • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- MSN, DNP Preferred
Must have system level NDNQI expertise.
