      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Spearhead growth with large U.S. and multinational employers by creating market demand
      - Develop a detailed plan for achieving individual sales targets and collaborate with Sales Development and Channel teams
      - Secure meetings with HR buyers, including C-level executives and regional contacts
      - Position Maven's value proposition effectively based on buyer needs and competitive landscape
      - Manage the entire end-to-end sales process while driving and achieving sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in a direct sales role, with at least 5 years working with HR buyers from companies with 25,000 employees or more
      - Proven sales performance history, including quota achievement and forecasting
      - Strong understanding of the modern healthcare ecosystem
      - Excellent organizational skills, including deal management in Salesforce
      - Proven network within the HR/employee benefits community
