What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and utilize licensed real-world data (RWD) databases relevant to clinical research initiatives
- Independently identify, access, and evaluate in-house RWD sources pertinent to clinical trial populations
- Clean, process, and harmonize raw RWD for analysis while adhering to data governance standards
- Perform statistical analyses using SAS, R, Python, and other analytical tools to generate insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment with study goals and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real-world data analytics or a related field
- Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, and SQL
- Experience working with healthcare data sources including EHRs, claims, and registries
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design and real-world evidence methodologies
