- Lead and grow Voltaire Design's presence across the Virginia and Maryland territory
- Actively drive business at premier horse shows and within local barns
- Provide expert saddle fittings and technical guidance
- Manage and safeguard your mobile inventory of premium saddles and accessories
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the Virginia and Maryland territory
- Strong interest in sales and performance-driven environments; prior sales experience is a plus but not required
- Comfort working around horses; equestrian background highly valued
- Self-disciplined, organized, and motivated to build long-term professional relationships
- Base salary + uncapped commission structure tied to performance
