What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and coordinate workers' compensation cost control services for multi-location accounts
- Conduct safety and health consultations to identify trends and prioritize service needs
- Prepare detailed reports for policyholders and internal partners, including year-end summaries
- Influence policyholder decision-makers to implement safety and health recommendations
- Conduct investigations of serious workers’ compensation incidents to improve safety protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, science, or engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of safety and health experience, specifically with multi-location accounts
- Achieved at least one recognized professional designation such as CSP, ARM, or CIH
- Strong analytical skills to assess and report on loss data effectively
- Valid Driver's License in good standing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Achieved a Safety & Health related master’s degree
- Experience with property and casualty insurance agent and broker operations
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation insurance practices and return to work program features
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software
- Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills
