      As a key member of our growing team, the Safety Solutions Field Specialist is a field-based position responsible for conducting site surveys, and leading installations, and serving as the primary point of contact at customer locations. This individual ensures projects are executed to a high standard while supporting customer relationships and proactively engaging with potential customers to generate opportunities in coordination with the sales team.

      Responsibilities:

      • Conduct on-site surveys at a key client facility to support project planning and execution
      • Create site layouts and installation plans using internal tools
      • Lead and support installation crews to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
      • Perform installations as required
      • Serve as McCue's on-site representative, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
      • Act as the primary point of contact in the field, ensuring clear communication with customers
      • Identify potential opportunities and communicate them to the sales team
      • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and site requirements
      • Proactively reach out to prospective customers, schedule meetings, and support business development efforts during non-project time
      • Support lead generation and pipeline development within assigned territory in coordination with the sales team


      Requirements:

      • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
      • 3-7+ years of experience in field services, installation, construction, or similar roles
      • Experience working in customer-facing environments
      • Ability to lead crews and work independently
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      • Technical aptitude and ability to learn internal tools
      • Ability to travel frequently (50-70%)
      • Valid driver's license
      • OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
      • High level of maturity and confidence necessary to interact with sophisticated internal and external clients
      • Strong leadership and customer service skills with the ability to ensure that a high level of service and quality is maintained
      • Product knowledge with clear technical understanding of services to be able to effectively communicate to customer
      • Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and meet deadlines
      • Outstanding attention to detail, flexibility and creativity
      • Persistence coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
      • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of shared information and/or assignments
