      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, identify, and pursue opportunities within government agencies in your territory.
      - Understand government procurement processes and craft tailored solutions as a trusted advisor.
      - Build long-term relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and key stakeholders.
      - Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales goals to drive revenue.
      - Help governments streamline operations, improve citizen services, and embrace digital transformation.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in B2G (Business-to-Government), Records Management, Digital Solutions, Services, or SaaS sales.
      - Experience working with RFPs, government contracts, and procurement processes.
      - A hunter mentality with a passion for finding new business and building strong client relationships.
      - 3-5 years of experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.
      - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in presenting and closing deals.
