      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, close, and onboard high-value media partnerships to grow revenue
      - Generate a consistent flow of qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting
      - Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month to identify and align with prospects' growth objectives
      - Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in Pipedrive with regular updates
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets
      - Strong understanding of B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Excellent outbound communication skills for writing compelling cold emails and conducting persuasive calls
      - Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Pipedrive, and strong follow-through in pipeline management
      - Solid grasp of performance marketing KPIs, such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and executing outbound sales strategies
      - Familiarity with multi-channel prospecting methods including email and social media
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve sales goals
      - Track record of innovating new outbound strategies or verticals to expand partnerships
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
