      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, close, and onboard high-value media partnerships to drive performance marketing outcomes
      - Generate a consistent flow of qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting within the first 30 days
      - Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month to identify and align prospects' growth objectives with the company's solutions
      - Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in Pipedrive with weekly updates
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets
      - Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
      - Excellent outbound communication skills, including writing cold emails and conducting persuasive calls
      - Proficiency with CRM tools like Pipedrive and strong follow-through in pipeline management
      - Must be outcome-oriented and possess a customer-centric approach to sales

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Demonstrated ability to innovate and test new outbound strategies or verticals
      - Previous experience in a role requiring cross-functional collaboration
