      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate leads and enroll beneficiaries into the nursing home plan utilizing a national sales model
      - Develop and manage strategies to educate and engage facility personnel, leading to resident and family interest
      - Utilize traditional sales tactics to identify needs and present plan features and benefits
      - Achieve enrollment targets specific to the assigned territory
      - Document all activities to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Appropriate state health insurance licensure within 90 days of hire or ability to obtain
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
      - Sales experience in a B2C or B2B setting or experience in a skilled nursing facility
      - Demonstrated account management skills, including planning and documentation
      - Willingness to travel 90% throughout the designated local territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
      - Familiarity with CRM tools or demonstrated technical skills
