      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the national sales model to generate leads and enroll beneficiaries into the nursing home plan
      - Develop and manage account-specific strategies to engage facility personnel, resulting in new resident enrollments
      - Implement traditional sales strategies to identify needs and present plan features and benefits
      - Achieve enrollment targets established for the designated territory
      - Document all activities to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Appropriate state health insurance licensure within 90 days of hire or ability to obtain it
      - Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Sales experience in a B2C or B2B setting or in a skilled nursing facility
      - Ability to maintain licensure and product certification as per policies
      - Willingness to travel 90% within the local territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with both B2B and B2C sales
      - Familiarity with CRM systems or demonstrated technical skills
