      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote Coperion equipment to existing and potential customers within the pharmaceutical and related industries
      - Manage sales intermediaries in North America and other regions
      - Collaborate with the technical team to maximize chances of securing orders
      - Develop and implement strategies for closing orders based on project pipeline status
      - Conduct product training at designated Coperion manufacturing sites as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in sales management or industry-related roles
      - Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and equipment applications
      - Ability to achieve sales targets and conversion rates
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement
      - Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time

      - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking
      - Experience in managing sales agents or intermediaries
      - Background in engineering or technical sales within the equipment industry
      - Participation in trade shows and sales seminars
