What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead portfolio-level analysis across brands, regions, and accounts, surfacing trends that inform sales strategy
- Provide real-time monitoring of key sales drivers including lead volume and leisure demand
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities, engaging with portfolio teams and hotels
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align analysis with business priorities
- Build and enhance analytics tools leveraging platforms like Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and Tableau
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in data analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Snowflake
- Familiarity with sales processes and performance metrics in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales analyst role within the hospitality or service industry
- Knowledge of AI applications in sales and analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive sales effectiveness
