      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support (Sr.) Sales Executives and/or (Sr.) Account Executives in producing and retaining profitable business within small and mid-market employer segments
      - Interact with general agents, brokers, benefit administrators, members, and internal resources to achieve profitable growth objectives
      - Assist in the management of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
      - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for business growth
      - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and client interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in business acumen, administrative, customer relations, or a related field
      - High School Diploma or equivalent is required
      - Must obtain a License in Life and Health Insurance in Virginia within 90 days of hire
      - Valid driver's license required
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
