      Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

      Fuego Corporation is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven professional to recruit foster parents for Kulima Care Family Services and students for M.H.G. Preparatory Academy. This is a sales and community outreach position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing opportunities that change lives.

      What You'll Do:

      • Recruit qualified foster parents and prospective students.
      • Attend community, family, school, church, and children's events.
      • Generate leads and build partnerships throughout the community.
      • Present our faith-based mission to groups, organizations, and families.
      • Follow up with prospects and guide them through the enrollment or licensing process.
      • Meet monthly recruitment goals while expanding community awareness of our programs.
      • In addition to selling our services, you will also have opportunities to sell our products, creating additional earning potential through commissions and performance incentives.


      What We're Looking For:

      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
      • Confident public speaker who can engage crowds.
      • Self-motivated with a proven ability to close sales or recruit clients.
      • Willing to work evenings and weekends for community events.
      • Reliable transportation and a passion for serving families.
