What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and provide administrative support
- Support pre- and post-closing documentation workflows for credit and treasury products
- Perform quality control checks on client data and documentation, coordinating with Compliance for follow-up
- Facilitate servicing tasks with internal teams to resolve client servicing issues
- Assist in training clients on digital tools and provide support during transitions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of up to 3 years of related experience in a loan/credit environment
- Proficiency in banking systems, including KYC and CRM platforms
- Understanding of compliance protocols such as AML and CIP
- Strong organizational skills, including data input and time management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within a financial services environment
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation requirements
