What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive annual business results for key lines of business within the luxury travel sector
- Conduct sales calls with existing agencies to strengthen and grow client relationships
- Build and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve operational targets
- Analyze business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations
- Deliver product and technology training to clients focusing on luxury offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Broad understanding of the luxury travel industry and key marketplace trends
- Proven ability in the high-end/luxury travel space
- Deep knowledge of Disney luxury brands, products, and sales processes
- Experience in creating and implementing innovative marketing programs and training initiatives
- Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills to drive results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specific experience in selling and marketing Private Jet products and luxury guided family tours
- Established relationships with travel agencies and advisors in the domestic luxury travel space
- Proficient understanding of sales and marketing concepts within luxury/high-end markets
- Working knowledge of all Disney travel products including Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line
- 5+ years of related Disney experience and 3+ years of Travel Industry Sales experience
