Contact centre or call centre gained in a regulatory environment
Previous experience coaching team members is essential
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and self-motivation
Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks of internal and external contacts
Able to make important decisions within agreed parameters and day to day decisions without referral
Thorough product knowledge would be beneficial

As Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management, productivity and leadership of your team.
We always go the extra mile by giving our customers fast access to treatment and helping them get the specialist support they need.
How you’ll help us make health happen:As manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of up to 10 coaches to support the delivery of KPIs . You’ll work closely with Learning and Development teams to support the performance of new employees and continuous development of our existing teams
