      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across Life Sciences, Industrial, and Aerospace markets
      - Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution development, closing, and customer onboarding
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and technical stakeholders
      - Create and execute strategic account plans and market penetration strategies
      - Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure customized solutions and excellent customer support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management, preferably in the Life Sciences market
      - Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business in complex B2B markets
      - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits and industry events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling into the Life Sciences market
      - Familiarity with relevant regulatory and technical standards (ISO, FDA, AS9100)
      - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
      - Self-starter with strong organization and time-management abilities
      - Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
