What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams
- Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, services, and technologies
- Execute strategic plans and monitor progress using tools like the FxF Plan and Account Plan
- Communicate the total acre value proposition to top retail sellers
- Coordinate with local manufacturer representatives and manage discretionary trial seed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 5 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 6-10 years of relevant work experience
- Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
- Ability to coach and mentor others and lead change
- Solid experience using Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)
- Must have a current and valid state driver's license

- Experience in the agricultural industry with technical product/crop expertise
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Agility in adapting quickly to change and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage productivity effectively
