      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, conducting daily standups and weekly training sessions
      - Coach SDRs on calls, email outreach, and qualification to enhance performance
      - Own pipeline generation strategy and track metrics related to outreach volume and meetings booked
      - Collaborate with Sales Enablement to refine outbound strategies and iterate on training materials
      - Recruit and onboard new SDR talent while building scalable systems for training and development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience managing an SDR team in a consultative outbound sales environment
      - Proven experience in hiring, ramping, and developing high-performing SDRs
      - Strong understanding of outbound sales metrics and pipeline production
      - Exceptional coaching skills with a passion for developing team members
      - Comfortable operating in a remote, performance-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with or selling to real estate or property management sectors
      - Previous experience as an SDR manager during a significant growth phase at a startup
      - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and outreach platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft
