      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce qualified meetings for Sales that convert into pipeline opportunities
      - Achieve key metrics for sales growth on a monthly and quarterly basis
      - Assist with research on companies as part of lead generation and qualification activities
      - Build and maintain alignment and partnerships with Sales and Marketing to meet regional objectives
      - Ensure data integrity of Salesforce (CRM) and Sales Engagement Tool

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Self-starter mentality with strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
      - Confident in engaging with new prospects over the phone
      - Persistence in follow-up and the ability to handle objections
      - Strong communication and social media skills
      - Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of the IAM market and the employer's solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
