      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
      - Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and fit
      - Schedule well-prepared and high-intent meetings for Account Executives
      - Maintain accurate CRM records, logging activities and managing pipeline stages
      - Collaborate with Account Executives and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-2+ years in a commercial, customer-facing, or high-output role (e.g., SDR/BDR, recruiting, fundraising)
      - Proven ability to meet activity and output targets (calls, emails, meetings)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
      - Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and handling rejection
      - High levels of organization and follow-through in managing sequences and prioritization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B SaaS or consultative services sales
      - Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT
      - Prior experience in selling to education, public sector, or HR-tech environments
      - Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
      - Evidence of building repeatable outbound processes and multi-threading into accounts
