What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead initial outreach into targeted accounts to generate a pipeline for the sales organization
- Communicate daily with engineering roles and senior executives to uncover business challenges and potential use cases
- Develop effective account penetration strategies and run custom lead nurturing programs
- Maintain comprehensive Salesforce records and key activity metrics, including phone calls and booked meetings
- Deliver the Spacelift value proposition and differentiate solutions from competitors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in an inbound or outbound cold-calling sales environment
- Experience engaging technical buyers at a senior level
- Consistent track record of achieving challenging targets for customer meetings
- Excellent phone presence and conversational skills, with the ability to influence
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and an email sending platform
- Excellent written communication skills
- A 4-year university or accredited college degree
