What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business opportunities by contacting and building relationships with potential customers through end-to-end sales
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Arrange appointments or calls between prospective clients and articulate our services
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process, including follow-ups and scheduling meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Staffing sales
- Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
- Experience using CRM and other sales tools
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse levels of clients

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a technology-focused environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
