What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new business through prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Assess potential client needs and provide information about services offered
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demands, and competitive strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads generated and detailed notes in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of previous experience in sales
- Ability to cold-call a minimum of 50 times a day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
