What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new leads through cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, along with follow-up campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads generated from conferences, events, and marketing campaigns
- Schedule product demos for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs
- Personalize outreach efforts to office managers, practice owners, and DSO leadership
- Maintain and update activity records in HubSpot and other outreach tools, meeting weekly targets for outreach and scheduled demos
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or dental technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving startup environments
- Strong attention to detail, as you will be the first impression for many prospects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using HubSpot, Outreach, or Apollo
- Previous experience selling into dental practices or Dental Service Organizations (DSOs)
