      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own personal target accounts and achieve opportunity creation quotas through multi-threaded outreach and discovery sessions
      - Design the strategy and operating model for the sales development function, including core processes and KPIs
      - Hire, onboard, and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with Account Executives on account engagement plans and align SDR efforts with marketing campaigns
      - Utilize tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and report on SDR activities and pipeline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience in enterprise go-to-market (GTM) roles such as sales or business development, specifically in SaaS or technology
      - Minimum of 3 years leading or mentoring a quota-carrying team focused on outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts
      - Proven track record of engaging stakeholders in sales cycles and managing strategic partnerships
      - Expertise in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools, with at least 3 years of experience
      - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs related to pipeline creation and opportunity quality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7+ years in enterprise GTM leadership roles within SaaS or technology
      - Experience successfully scaling outbound sales motions or SDR functions
      - Background in data, analytics, cloud, or AI ecosystems
      - Proven ability to collaborate with sales leaders on strategic account planning
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex value propositions
