What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth in the region
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations
- Engage in territory planning and relationship development to support Field Sales Teams
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to achieve excellence
- Manage accurate sales forecasts and report on pipeline performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Extensive track record of new business sales success, particularly at the C-level
- Strong experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing sales teams
- Ability to generate accurate CRM reports and manage sales processes effectively
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with strong financial planning capabilities
