What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to tailor solutions for client needs
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, automation opportunities, and integration requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role, ideally in AI automation, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in Python and experience with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
