What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries and maintain an inbound question queue
- Support technical trials to demonstrate the value of Samsara solutions to prospects
- Create software scripting solutions and integrations for technical proof of concepts
- Produce and manage digital content for product learning and adoption
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure prospect success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or support capacity
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
- Familiarity with cloud software, networking, automation, and control systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience tinkering with hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles
