What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, aligning the platform's value with prospect needs
- Communicate effectively with senior product, finance, and engineering leaders to translate product capabilities into business impact
- Collaborate with Account Executives to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver impactful product demonstrations
- Assist in designing and executing proof of concepts to showcase how the platform can solve customer challenges
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and refine sales approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience and at least 2 years in a Sales Engineering role
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-powered code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting and demoing technical solutions to diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments, showing adaptability and initiative
