      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute on key deals throughout the sales cycle
      - Conduct discovery calls and technical deep dives to understand customer needs
      - Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations
      - Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
      - Provide technical support and training to the sales team and other internal stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or presales roles
      - Proficiency in enterprise software, particularly in contact center or automation technologies
      - Programming skills in JavaScript; knowledge of Java, Python, or similar languages is a plus
      - Understanding of contact center technologies and conversational AI
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with video editing, Photoshop, or similar design tools
      - Familiarity with conversation design, IVR design, or chatbot design
      - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
      - Strong presentation skills, capable of captivating and engaging audiences
