What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with sales to transform customer challenges into actionable data solutions
- Build sample cohorts and conduct feasibility analyses using Snowflake
- Create and explain light analyses for proofs of concept and proposals
- Map clinical concepts to data elements and clarify cohort logic
- Provide product feedback and contribute to the development of demo assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer or Analytics Consultant in healthcare data
- Proficiency in SQL, including CTEs and window functions, and familiarity with Snowflake
- Strong understanding of clinical data literacy, including LOINC mappings and encounter types
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare data from labs, claims, EHR, or real-world evidence
- Ability to whiteboard complex patient journeys and document logical assumptions
- Familiarity with data access controls and safe harbor identifiers
