What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects to understand their development environment and pain points
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations showcasing Warp's solutions
- Own the evaluation process from initial demo through proof of concept (POC)
- Provide hands-on implementation support and assist with team onboarding
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams, translating feedback into actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
- Background in software engineering with hands-on coding experience
- Experience leading technical sales calls and product demonstrations
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and articulate their value
- Experience navigating enterprise security and compliance requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with terminal applications, command-line tools, or DevOps platforms
- Experience selling or implementing AI-powered developer tools
- Direct experience with product-led growth (PLG) sales motions
