What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver the full product and service offering
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide total customer solutions
- Use technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
- Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM tools for sales pipeline management
- Background in aerospace, automotive, medical, energy, or general engineering sectors
- Familiarity with product and service offerings in the tooling industry
