What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Salesforce) while advancing deals through each stage.
- Conduct disciplined prospecting including pre-call research and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
- Rigorously qualify leads by confirming decision-makers and understanding buying criteria.
- Present value-driven business cases to advance sales opportunities.
- Drive customer installations and support post-install to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales prospecting and cold-calling experience.
- Strong time management skills and structured prospecting approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience in building relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; valid driver's license and insurance required.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of field sales experience, particularly in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven success in field sales with documented achievements.
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM tool.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
