What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate across the organization to develop effective selling strategies
- Maintain accurate sales tracking and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Utilize sales tools, collateral, and presentations to close deals effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be coachable and open to receiving feedback
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to listen and provide tailored solutions
- Strong tenacity and persistence to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience with extensive in-person cold calling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven field sales experience with a track record of prospecting and closing new customers
- Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience selling solutions to the restaurant and hospitality industry
