      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop agency assignments to optimize growth potential and meet profit objectives
      - Prospect and appoint new agencies while providing support to existing agents
      - Develop strategic marketing plans for territory and diagnose agency operations
      - Influence and coach agents to quote and sell the employer's products
      - Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
      - Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations
      - Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver presentations
      - Advanced relationship management skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Advanced ability to influence sales and motivate agents to succeed
      - Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
      - Intermediate technical savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
