What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of employer products within assigned territory, focusing on customer retention and contract compliance
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within independent retail segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Utilize digital tools and platforms for sales activities and customer engagement
- Conduct territory planning and maintain customer relationship management systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and retail industries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences
- Proven track record in consultative selling and customer service
