What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive adoption of the employer's oncology portfolio through new business development and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with key oncology accounts and healthcare professionals
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals and capitalize on commercial opportunities
- Deliver compelling clinical presentations on hereditary and precision oncology solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product adoption and improve sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong clinical acumen and exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling clinical products specifically in the oncology therapeutic area
- Proven track record of expanding business within large health systems and integrated networks
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Understanding of HIPAA laws and ethics surrounding patient information
- Experience engaging customers in both remote and in-person settings
