What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business growth and enhance profitability in existing accounts through market insight
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with business owners and executives
- Build and manage a pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads
- Deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate how the employer's solutions meet client needs
- Travel within a designated territory to prospect and establish relationships with new local businesses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a focus on solution selling to small businesses
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a results-focused mindset
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory development skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in SAAS or payments is a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM
