What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business growth and enhance profitability in existing accounts through market and client insights
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with business owners and C-suite executives
- Build and energize a strong referral network and implement a proactive outreach strategy
- Manage the sales pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads
- Deliver persuasive presentations that clearly demonstrate how the employer's solutions meet client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in solution selling to small businesses and merchants
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a results-focused mindset
- Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and territory development
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with clients and internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in SAAS or payment processing is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM tool is beneficial
