What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business growth and enhance profitability in existing accounts by identifying high-impact opportunities
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with business owners and C-suite executives
- Build and manage a strong referral network and execute a proactive outreach strategy
- Deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate how the organization's solutions meet client needs
- Travel within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a focus on solution selling to small businesses and merchants
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a data-driven and results-oriented approach
- Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and territory development
- Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction across your portfolio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in SaaS or payments is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM
