      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Target and prospect new clients in the Mid-West area for the Corporate Food Services segment
      - Develop new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract execution
      - Manage proposals and RFPs with internal and external stakeholders
      - Achieve financial goals and business development objectives set by the company
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience within a service industry; experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
      - Proven ability to employ sales strategy plans and traditional prospecting techniques
      - Experience in managing complex deals with long sales processes, up to 24 months
      - Strong contract negotiation skills and financial acumen
      - Exceptional organizational and self-management skills

      - Executive presence and proven relationship-building skills at an executive level
      - Experience in developing existing accounts or client retention strategies
      - Familiarity with the Culinary and Food Management sector
