What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive adoption of the employer's oncology portfolio, securing new business while supporting existing accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key oncology accounts and healthcare professionals
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver compelling presentations on hereditary and precision oncology solutions to healthcare teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product adoption and marketing efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong clinical acumen with effective communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling clinical products in the oncology therapeutic area
- Proven experience driving adoption in complex healthcare environments
- Track record of expanding business within large health systems and integrated networks
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy ethics
